Incorporating their innovative Quad Pawl mechanical engagement functionality, this model enhances the hoist capability through the engagement of all 4 pawls with the ratchet gear in an offset configuration, allowing for finer adjustment and tensioning.

Available in Safe Working Load Limits from 800kg right up to 15Tonnes with 1.5m, 3m, 6m and 9m Heights of Lift available, you can rest assured that your L5 QP is compliant with the necessary standards and finished will full traceability markings.

  • Built with the unique Quad Pawl functionality, the L5 QP range boasts an impressive operating temperature range of -20°C to +120°C. Not only that, but each unit is proof tested to a minimum of 1.25 times the working load limit. The L5 QP is fitted with a DABS (Dual Anti-Lock Brake System) which allows the load chain to be adjusted in freewheel mode with locking the brake.

  • By design, the brake material has been fused directly onto the ratchet gear, reducing the amount of mating faces eliminating the risks of contamination which could affect brake performance and lead to premature failure.
